We are a group of players that have been playing together for over 13 Years! Over the years we have prided our achievements and our overall success on the high amounts of group chemistry that we have developed thorough our years of friendship and time spent together. Raid Schedule

TKD has one of the lightest raid schedules around raiding from 8:30pm-12:00am EST on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We are focused on being as efficient as possible on as little time as possible. If your schedule already knocks one of those days off, please apply elsewhere.  Keep in mind that we don’t mind how much you are on the game as long as you come prepared and on time.

Our guild is designed to be the best, while still maintaining a VERY light raid schedule. We are not rushing for realm firsts or anything of that sort, We are going to enjoy the expansion and have fun raiding!
 

That being said, 95% of the ability of a guild is the ability of each of its players. You will make or break a guild, simply by how well you cope at each raid. We will only recruit the best fits for our guild, and if you begin to hurt the guild or weaken the norm, we will not tolerate it. Most of us can be boiled down to an "Is" or "Is Not" as far as World of Warcraft comes:

• If you put in the time required to understand the mechanics of your class (theory-crafting) and perform at your best you are an "IS"

• If you are willing to persist when making attempts on a difficult encounter you are an "IS"

• If you show up consistently you are an "IS"

• If you are supportive, engaged, and positive you are an "IS"

In TKD, it is expected that nobody is carried, if we find you to be a monkey on our backs we will need to make changes. All members of TKD are competent and happy players that are always pushing how well you play to your limits. Competitiveness is a great thing, and it will be expected from ALL TKD applicants, trials, members, and veterans.

All applicants are expected upon applying that you are a competent and friendly raider that is willing to work as a team! We don't care how much DPS you are doing if we don't kill the boss...

• We will do personal interviews to get to know our players better!

• We are looking for players that do there job with a high level of critical thinking.

• A dead DPS= 0 dps

• A dead Healer= 0 hps

• A dead Tank= take a guess

All interviews must be scheduled by an officer.
